At Phone Villa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new tech. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Phone Villa account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective films to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance; once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
